Getting Started

LetzChat is built for real-time multilingual meetings. Start by creating your account, selecting your default language pair, and inviting teammates.

For best performance, use a stable wired or high-quality Wi-Fi connection and keep your browser updated.

  • Create your workspace and user profile
  • Configure source and target languages
  • Test microphone and audio permissions
  • Run a short trial meeting before going live

Account and Access

If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the login page. If your account is locked after multiple attempts, wait a few minutes and retry.

For organization onboarding or role updates, contact your workspace admin first.

Live Translation Issues

Minor delays can happen when network quality drops or background noise is high. Use a headset and reduce overlapping speech for better results.

  • Check mic permissions in the browser
  • Confirm selected language direction
  • Speak in complete sentences at a moderate pace
  • Refresh the page if stream connection stalls
